To change the administrator of the group, the existing group admin must contact PayK customer support by phone, or lodge a request through email. The request must include the full name and phone number of the group member they wish to transfer administration rights to.
The request will be completed within 1-2 business days. We will confirm in a phone call with the new administrator that the admin access to the group has been transferred.
Once the administration change has been completed the new admin will have access to remove group members, withdraw funds, request group closure, edit the group description and update the group picture.
