To make payments and receive withdrawals from PayK you need to have a card and a bank account added to your account.
To add a card, bank account, or to update existing details follow the instructions bellow.
- From the home screen, click on the menu button in the top right corner (the three lines) and select 'Banks and cards'.
- If you don't have them added tap on add credit/debit card, or add bank account.
- If you have to update your existing details select the card, or bank account, already added. Tap on the remove option and then add your new details.
Please note, due to security measures, you may only link one credit/debit card to your account at a time and a credit/debit card can only be used on one account at a time.
You can only have one bank account linked to your account to which you make withdrawals.
