PayK won't request payment through email, or app. The group admin can send requests, but these should clearly state they are for a specific group from the admin.
If you receive a request that takes you to an outside payment source, or asks for personal details, please take a screenshot and send the screenshot to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate accordingly.
