After initiating a withdrawal, it can take up to 2-3 business days for the funds to transfer from the PayK app to your bank account.
The withdrawals are sent from PayK PTY LTD to your bank account and will contain our company name in the statement description.
If after 2-3 business days you still haven't received your funds, there are a few steps you can take:
- Check the details of the bank account you have linked to your PayK account to make sure the details are valid and correct. Contact customer service to confirm you have added the correct details to your account.
- If the bank details are correct and the account is valid, it's best to contact your financial institution as it could be an issue on their end.
