When you sign up, we use your mobile phone as the first step to verify you are who you say you are.
- Double check that the phone number you have entered on your account is correct (watch out for sneaky typos).
- Make sure that your phone service has coverage.
- Check that your phone settings are not blocking any services from sending you messages.
- Wait at least one minute. Sometimes there can be a queue of messages being sent out from our system and we just need a little bit longer to reach you.
If you still haven't received the message after one minute, you can request a new one to be sent to you by tapping ‘Resend code’.
