If you have already made a withdrawal but your bank details are incorrect or expired, then it should return to your PayK account in a few business days. We will notify you once the payment bounces back and will apply the funds back to your group balance.
If you haven’t made the withdrawal yet, you can just change your details in the app.
- Open the main menu and tap on 'Banks and cards'.
- Tap on add account.
- If you already have a bank account added, tap on the account and tap ‘Remove bank’, on the menu that appears and add your new bank account.
